Event Description
Codero National Competition (CNC) proudly presents the Speed Coding Competition, an arena for young programmers to race against the clock as they build their code! Using a kid-friendly platform, this competition tests not only logical precision, but also quick thinking under pressure — all wrapped in an experience that's exciting and fun.
This year, we bring a galactic exploration theme, divided into two age categories:
🌕 Group A (Ages 7-9): Space Explorer - Mission Beyond The Moon
This category is designed for beginner programmers to get creative with fun, foundational logic.
- This competition is intended for participants aged 7-9, using SCRATCH software.
- Participants will create an interactive game in which the player takes on the role of an astronaut exploring the surface of the moon to collect various space objects.
- Within the project, children are required to include Space Exploration Gameplay, Character Movement controls, an Interactive Mission System, all wrapped in a Future Technology Space Theme design.
🛸 Group B (Ages 10-12): Sky Defender - Fight Plane vs AI Interactive Game
An even more intense challenge awaits in this category, where advanced programming logic starts to be put to the test!
- This category is intended for children aged 10-12, also using SCRATCH software.
- Participants are challenged to create an interactive game themed around futuristic aerial combat, pitting the player's spacecraft against an enemy spacecraft equipped with Artificial Intelligence.
- The project must include Air Combat Gameplay, an AI Enemy Battle System, the application of AI and Automation, as well as a Future Technology Space Theme visual.
