Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan – In an effort to empower Indonesian children through technology education, PT Bhumi Rantau Energi has partnered with Codero Education on a CSR program titled BRENOVATION. This program aims to develop the region through creativity, innovation, and technology, as well as to improve children’s digital literacy.
As one of the schools supported by PT Bhumi Rantau Energi, SDN Bitahan Baru was selected as the venue for activities focused on introducing basic coding concepts and designing simple robots. Dozens of students from grades 1 through 6 participated in the activities with great enthusiasm.

In addition to introducing the basics of coding, this activity also incorporates project-based learning. Students are divided into groups to create simple projects using the concepts they have learned. They are also given the opportunity to present their work at the end of the session, which aims to build their confidence and communication skills.
The BRENOVATION program is a commitment by PT Bhumi Rantau Energi in collaboration with Codero Education to support the equitable distribution of technology education in Indonesia. With this program, it is hoped that more children in rural areas will have the opportunity to learn technology from an early age and be prepared to face a fully digital future.
This initiative serves as tangible proof that innovation in education can reach all segments of society, provide an enjoyable learning experience, and open opportunities for the younger generation to thrive in the field of technology.
