[Bandung, April 25, 2026] — There was something different in the Citarum area last weekend. Amid the excitement of celebrating Earth Day, Codero Bandung transformed its creative hub into a space filled with color and laughter for preschoolers from all over Bandung.
Located at Jl. Trunojoyo No. 11, 15 little adventurers gathered to showcase their talents in a coloring contest. Fully supported by our partners at Spark English, this event was more than just an ordinary contest. It was a moment for the little ones to hone their fine motor skills, practice focus, and of course unleash their imagination about the beauty of our planet.
Planting the Seeds of a Love for Technology
While waiting for the winners to be announced, the atmosphere remained lively with warm conversations among the parents. This is where we shared our views on the importance of equipping the little ones with the “language of the future.”
We believe that the digital world, programming (coding), and robotics can be learned in a way that’s both fun and easy to apply—just like playing with building blocks. The goal is simple: so that one day, children won’t just be skilled at using devices, but will also be able to create something useful from that technology.
For the wonderful families in attendance, we also offered the opportunity to try out an introductory class (trial class). It was truly heartwarming to see the sparkle in the children’s eyes when they successfully moved a robot for the first time or programmed digital commands with their tiny fingers.
The event concluded with big smiles from the winners and the presentation of prizes for their amazing creations. But the fun doesn’t stop here.
